Shopperschoice.com, LLC reserves the right to change the membership rewards program terms and conditions at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, the number points earned for spending, the number of points required to redeem rewards, or any caps or fees on earning and redeeming points. Shopperschoice.com, LLC may cancel the program, as well as any point balances by giving 120 days prior notice by email. If the email is not received due to a spam blocker, a change of email address, a full mailbox or any other reason; Shopperschoice.com, LLC will not be held responsible, and will not be required to extend the notification time.

ShoppersChoice.com Rewards members will be assigned a unique account number associated with their user account. Points are applied by:

  1. Signing into the user account during checkout in order to associate the order with the points account, or
  2. Calling in to place an order, notifying the Customer Service Representative of the rewards account and providing the email address used to start the account.

If you do not have a rewards account at the time a phone order is placed, a Customer Service Rep will be happy to create one for you. You may also sign up online before finishing your order using the shopping cart. Failure to ensure association between your order and account in one of the manners described above may forfeit the points in your account.

Upon filling out the application, members may also be required to answer a secret question to allow customer service agents to verify the customer's identity.

In the event that a ShoppersChoice.com Rewards member's method of payment is declined, points will not be earned. Points are earned when a transaction is complete and the order is paid in full.

Points accrued by ShoppersChoice Rewards members are not transferable by operation of law or otherwise to any person or entity and cannot be shared by multiple accounts.

Credits applied to orders, including those arising from returned goods or services, are removed from those accrued in the rewards account.

ShoppersChoice.com, LLC reserves the right to decline any request to transfer reward points to a purchase at any time.

Point Accrual

ShoppersChoice.com rewards points may be earned on orders placed directly through ShoppersChoice.com sites (including bbqguys.com, thegrillstoreandmore.com, shopperschoiceauto.com, and more) only. Orders placed through partner sites (such as Shop.com, Cooking.com, etc.) do not accrue points.

Point Redemption

ShoppersChoice Rewards Members may request to redeem points by logging into their account and completing an online order, or by calling a customer service agent at 1-877-743-2269 or 1-225-296-0043.

All points can only be redeemed at www.ShoppersChoice.com ,unless otherwise specified by ShoppersChoice.com LLC. All qualified ShoppersChoice Reward members will receive a point per dollar spent. ShoppersChoice.com, LLC reserves the right to change the value of points at any time. Purchases made prior to your sign up date are not retroactive and will not be applied to your rewards account. Points do not expire. Accrued rewards points may be used for any product on www.ShoppersChoice.com that is marked with required points. All rewards redemption are subject to availability. The rewards customer will be notified if the item they have requested is either no longer available or backordered. If an item is backordered, a customer service representative will notify the customer of the time it will become available. The customer may then choose to cancel their order, or to wait for the item. Items ordered at the same time may arrive separately. ShoppersChoice.com, LLC may run special rewards promotions for specified time periods. These will be subject to the terms and conditions specifically applied to them. Redeemed rewards are not replaceable, exchangeable, refundable or transferable for cash.

Shipping

Reward Points can only be used for standard delivery: curbside for freight items (LTL), and front door for UPS, FedEx and USPS. Any upgraded shipping (white glove, express delivery, etc.) will be paid for separately using another method of payment.

Returns

Products ordered by redeeming Reward Points may not be returned or exchanged unless proven to be damaged or defective. Please call us at 1-877-743-2269 or 1-225-296-0043 to resolve any return issues involving Rewards. Rewards Points are not redeemable towards return shipping costs. Once a return has been approved, the damaged or defective items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers must notify a ShoppersChoice.com customer service representative if a replacement is desired. All items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. A return authorization number must be obtained from ShoppersChoice.com and written on the package. Failure to note the RA number on a return may result in refusal of the package.

ShoppersChoice.com, LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel any reward at any time.

Reward Members Cancellation

In the event that the participating rewards member becomes unreachable via email or telephone number, ShoppersChoice.com, LLC may deactivate the member's points and cancel their program membership at any time. If a rewards membership is canceled due to death or insolvency, accrued points may be forfeited.

Taxes

Applicable taxes are not eligible to be paid with rewards points. The Rewards member is responsible for all taxes and levies that may apply. Shipments to the state of Louisiana are subject to 4% tax, and a 9% tax will be applied to shipments in East Baton Rouge Parish.

Fraud

Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual or redemption of rewards points, may result in forfeiture of accrued points and cancellation of the rewards account.

General Terms

All questions regarding eligibility, accrual, conversion and/or redemption will be resolved at ShoppersChoice.com, LLC's sole discretion. ShoppersChoice.com, LLC is not responsible for any typographical errors, including, but not limited to: product descriptions, pricing, required points, and photographic images. ShoppersChoice.com, LLC reserves the right to make corrections and adjustments to Reward Members' accounts in the event of price changes.

Arbitration

To terms set forth, 'claim' means any claim, dispute or controversy between the rewards member and ShoppersChoice.com LLC that may arise in which the circumstances and procedures under which claims may be arbitrated instead of litigated in court.

Gift Cards

Rewards members who purchase gift cards are eligible to acquire points. Points are not transferable to the gift card recipients.
